How do I care for my new air plants?
Air plants (Tillandsia) require bright, indirect light and a weekly soaking in water for about 20-30 minutes. After soaking, ensure they dry completely upside down within 4 hours to prevent rot.
Do you offer a live arrival guarantee?
Yes! We guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy and vibrant. If your plants are damaged or dead upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days with a photo for a free replacement.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We use expedited shipping to ensure the plants spend as little time in a box as possible.
Can I keep air plants in a room without windows?
While air plants love natural light, they can thrive under full-spectrum fluorescent or LED grow lights if they receive at least 12 hours of light per day.
Do I need to use fertilizer?
While not strictly necessary, using a bromeliad or air plant specific fertilizer once a month can help encourage blooming and the production of 'pups' (baby plants).
What is your return policy for non-living items?
For terrariums, holders, and accessories, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
